- Cleaning of evaporator.
- Cleaning of casing.
- Cleaning of fans.
- Aircraft grade corrosion treatment of casing and metal components to ensure long service life.
- Cleaning and replacing of filters where required.
- No call out charge in the event of a breakdown. You just pay our standard hourly labour rate.
If you sign up for our service only plan you will also benefit from a priority same day call out service (if fault is logged before 10am) and a 50% discounted rate on parts in the event of a breakdown.

What Next?
Once you sign up for heat pump service plan we will contact you to arrange the first service of your heat pump. Once you have had your first service your plan will become active. If we find that your system isn't suitable for one of our service plans due to existing issues or poor installation we may cancel the plan but we will work with you to bring the system up to a standard that we will cover it with a service plan.
